Carlos E. Cuellar is a limited partner and Financial Advisor for Edward Jones Investments. He received his Bachelors degree in Science from Monterrey Tech in Monterrey, Mexico in 1979.

Cuellar began his career with Edward Jones in 2002. He resides in Harlingen and is active in the community, his church and in various groups and organizations. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Harlingen Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, advisor board member for the Golf Course Advisory Board of the City of Harlingen, and an international council representative of the Rio Grande Council Boy Scouts of America. He also serves as Troop Committee Chairman with the Valley Baptist Medical Center troop No. 2101 in the Arroyo District of the Rio Grande Council.

Mr. Cuellar was appointed to the Harlingen Airport Board by Mayor Rick Rodriguez, and his term will expire March 2012.
